Q. Why won't the video play?
A. If you are expecting problems you may need to download the latest version of Windows Media player. It is a free download and will only take a couple of minutes. Click the icon below to start the download.
Q. Why does the video stop and say it is ’buffering’?
A. The video server is making sure that you have downloaded enough to view the video properly on your computer. To overcome this problem you can make sure that you have enough bandwidth for the video to download sufficiently to continue viewing to the end. Make sure that you have the latest version of Media Player so that your computer is optimised for viewing video files.
Q. I have Firefox browser - why won't the video play?
A. The video is designed for Microsoft Internet Explorer only - please open this page in IE for viewing.
